Starting April 2026, we will now be requiring a non-refundable deposit to secure all bookings. This change helps us better manage availability and ensure every customer gets the equipment they need for their event. Please note that your deposit is NOT an extra fee and will be applied toward your final total on the day of your event. ✔️
For bookings under $400, a $50 deposit is required. For bookings over $400, a $100 deposit will be required.
We understand that plans can change at the last minute, so we offer flexibility where possible. A full refund of your deposit will be provided if your booking is cancelled at least 1 week prior to your scheduled event date. This policy helps us provide reliable service, hold your date with confidence, and avoid last-minute cancellations that affect other customers.
In the event of cancellation less than a week away (due to inclement weather, change of plans, etc.), we understand that circumstances may be beyond your control. That’s why your deposit will not be lost, but instead, it can be applied to any future booking with us. Your deposit holds lifetime value and can be used whenever you’re ready to reschedule your event.
Note: Deposits must be sent via E-Transfer; we do not accept cash.*
Note: A full refund is provided if canceled at least 1 week before your event.
